Overview
This is an internet service provider company. Currently all order and billing data is recorded in Google Sheet. Meanwhile, if customers want to place an order, they can go through the Admin via chat (whatsapp, facebook messenger, SMS, etc.).
Product
The product sold is an Internet Data Package service. Each product includes 1 SIM card. This SIM card has been filled with a quota for 1 month and will be filled automatically every month. For this reason, customers need to pay bills every month. Each product has 2 types of prices, namely: first order fee and monthly fee.
If a customer stops subscribing, the customer is required to return the SIM card.
Customer Requirements
Issues
Most customers prefer to place orders via chat because they are considered simpler. Likewise in paying monthly bills. This is felt to be less efficient and takes a lot of Admin time and energy to manage it.
Challenges
Create a design so that customers want to switch from chat to the application to make orders or pay monthly bills. Most customers access via mobile, so create a design that can maximize mobile displays. You don’t need to create a desktop version of the design for this section.
If a customer stops subscribing, the customer is required to return the SIM card.
Admin Requirements
Issues
Inputting data in a spreadsheet is very easy. We can do CRUD practically on the same page. It’s just that various kinds of problems arise when there is a lot of data. Such as inconsistencies in input formats, access rights when collaborating, and slow performance.
Challenges
Create a design that makes it easier for Admin to process incoming orders and monthly bills. Admins mostly access via desktop, so create a design that can maximize the appearance of the desktop. You don’t need to create a mobile version of the design for this section. Additional note, Admin is someone who is used to processing data using Google Sheets. So, create a design that makes it easier for Admins to transition from Google Sheet.
